After telling myself over and over again to make a youtube video I finally got around to it. In this video I took some clips from different days of training to give everyone an idea of what my current training looks like for upper body. In the future I want to make more videos to not only show my progress, but to also give everyone some workouts that you can do yourself. A great way to help me out would be to leave a comment here or on my youtube video letting me know what you would like to see next.
